JBOD just combines all the drives into one massive volume; its even worse than RAID0.
I used the multi-gig capable port of theIvanky FusionDock Max 1, connected to aQNAP 2.5GbE switch.
Although the online grid interface is capable of much more, this is the performance limit of spinning disks.
The DXP4800 Plus fully supports hardware decoding for Plex via the Intel UHD chip, and it works brilliantly.
