Saving money at the pump is a great incentive for many people on the fence about buying an EV.

Electric vehicle manufacturers are sweetening the deal by adding free charging to your EV purchase.

Automakers will sell you a new EV with charging perks, and the competition is heating up.

Simply saying the ID.4 is included with free charging is a disservice to what VW is actually packaging.

This is the EV equivalent of getting free gas station fill-ups for three years.

Just think how much three years of free charging can bring down the cost of ownership.

Also, it’s not like you’re buying a mediocre EV for the free charging either.

The ID.4 is one ofthe best EV SUVsfor sale.

VW has a winner with the ID.4, especially as an overall package.

Regardless, the Porsche Taycan also gets the same three years of free charging with Electrify America.

Again, it’s crazy that manufacturers are offering free charging for such a long window.

The range is lackluster compared to its price, especially as you move up the price ladder.

But that doesn’t sound like a good enough reason to excuse its shortcomings.

Although, three years of free charging just might do the trick.

The e-tron GT is the Porsche Taycan’s more attractive brother.

Hyundai IONIQ 5 front fascia

Audi makes some of the best-looking vehicles on the road, especially its line of EVs.

But, with the e-tron GT, Audi has constructed one of the most beautiful sedans ever.

This doesn’t just include EVs, either.

The e-tron GT is truly a work of art in terms of design.

The e-tron GT has the same pros and cons as the Taycan.

The vehicle is amazing to look at, it drives great, and is super powerful.

It’s not difficult to see why either.

The IONIQ 5 offers great range, a stylish design, and an accessible price point.

The design of this vehicle is super futuristic and looks like nothing else.

It also features super-fast charging and free charging perks as well.

The best marketing is giving away free stuff.

But this is to be expected, and two years of free EV charging isn’t shabby.

Kia EV6

The Kia EV6 and the IONIQ 5 are two of the most unique-looking vehicles on the road.

The EV6 includes 1000 kWh worth of free charging via Electrify America.

Again, we’re not sure why Kia couldn’t get a proper collaboration with Electrify America.

Perhaps Hyundai didn’t allow it because this vehicle competes very closely with the IONIQ 5.

Regardless, the EV6 is a great-looking EV with amazing performance.

The EV6 is even available as an ultra-fast hatchback in its GT specification.
