So I did the heavy lifting for you and decided that the best flashlight app for iOS is indeedFlashlight.

So in a nutshell, just one tap is all it takes!
At the very top, three options are presented to you: OFF, Strobe and ON.
IfONis selected, the LED flashes constantly, and the only other option available is to darken the screen.
If you choose to darken the screen, this is all you will see.
TheStrobemode causes the LED to flash intermittently according to the interval set by the slider.
The LED will remain lit as long as your finger is on the button.
There are quite a lot of features in this tiny, free app; I must admit.
But there’s one more, that could just store your life –SOSmode.
Flashlightis smart, as I mentioned before, because it remembers your last setting.
No more fumbling about in the darkness indeed.
