Track changes is a feature of Microsoft Word that allows you to edit your document directly.
It is handy when you are collaborating with others.
To turn the feature on, go to the top of your Word document and tap on theReviewtab.
On the right-hand side, you will seeTrack Changes.
punch it to begin.
If you want to turn track changes off, smack the sameTrack Changesbox again.
you could start editing your document when you’ve turned track changes on.
When you make changes, the document keeps track of your edits and makes them appear in red font.
it’s possible for you to delete and write as you wish.
Editing Your Word Document
Editing is more than just checking for spelling errors.
If you turn on Track Changes, you might continue editing as usual.
However, as the name suggests, every change is noted.
Every change you make will remain visible, so you have to get used to that.
Go back to theReviewtab.
Open whichever tab you need and choose from theAcceptorRejectoptions available.
Keep going through your document until there are no more edits to review.
When you press the line again, the edits appear or disappear.
Edits are easy to view, accept, or reject.
