Windows is all about multitasking, which enables users to run and utilize multiple apps simultaneously from the taskbar.
However, such multitasking clutters the taskbar with minimized windows.
Windows 11 doesnt incorporate any feature for hiding apps on the taskbar.
It enables you to selectively hide both taskbar windows and system tray icons for active apps.
However, you’re free to easily restore them whenever needed.
To do so, snag the checkboxes for apps to restore on the taskbar and click theShow selected applicationwindow.
Taskbar Hide has aTraytab that includes all the visible third-party apps in your system tray.
you’ve got the option to hide those system tray icons much the same as taskbar windows.
grab the checkboxes for system tray items to remove and click theHide selected icons from the system trayoption.
you could restore them by selecting theShow selected itemsfrom the system tray option.

Select an apps checkbox in Taskbar Hide, and click theUpbutton.

Taskbar Hide has customizable hotkeys for hiding/unhiding taskbar windows.

Then input an alternative in theNew Passwordbox, and click theSave And Exitbutton.

TheExtrasmenu includes a few additional options.
