Then, navigate to theSystem Summarytab, where you’ll find the serial number displayed among the information.

You canfind the serial number of your Macby running a simple command in Terminal.
Just run with this:
Alternatively, press theApplelogo in the top-left corner and clickAbout This Mac.
macOS will show you your machine’s serial number, among other system information.

On most laptops, the serial number is printed on a label on the underside of the machine.
Flip your laptop over and look for a label.
If you find one, the serial number will be printed there.
However, note that not all manufacturers offer this option.
Otherwise, find the invoice or purchase receipt from the retailer where you bought the laptop.
Typically, it contains the serial number.
The box often has a serial number printed on the label.
Finally, if you have warranty or service plan documentation, you may find a serial number there.
