Then, choose a range of activity types to ensure your exercise stack is well-balanced.

you’re free to simply tap theLet’s Gobutton to start your stack.

This will stash your exercise stack until it’s workout time.

It’s also easy to edit and change your stack.

If you want to delete an activity in your stack, swipe left on it and tapDelete.

you could browse the Apple Fitness+ catalog at your leisure and include as many activity types as you like.
