punch theMessageicon in the top-right corner of the screen then tap thepen and papericon to create a new message.
From there, you will see many options for AI bots to start a conversation with.
There is an AI Chat experience for everyone.
The bot will quickly answer, and you canreply to the Instagram messageto really get the conversation going.
If you hit the profile, you might follow the AI like you would any other user.
Its important to note that AI Chat is only available on the mobile app for both iOS and Android.
The online window website does not support the feature as of November 2023.
Keep an eye on the information that the AI bot is giving you.
Sometimes, it may not always be accurate or complete.
You should also be aware that Meta may use your messages to help train its AI.
Because of this, it is best not to give the AI any personal information.
Additionally, know that if you delete the chat, everything will be permanently lost to you.
If you restart the chat, the AI wont remember your previous conversation.
With that being said, this doesnt mean that Meta wont still have access to the information.
