Sonos claimed in this suit that Google was copying its audio technology in the development of its smart speakers.
Google and Sonos have now been in a back-and-forth dispute for over two years.
But in early 2022, rumors began circulating about a possible secret deal existing between the two companies.
In return, Facebook was asked by Google to pull back in its ad competitiveness.
The two suits alleged that Google took part in unfair or anti-competitive ad practices which negatively affected publishers.
