It might not be the best for gaming, but it is great as a streaming rig.
We reviewed Geekom’s IT8 Mini PC back in August, and its Mini Air 11 in September.
Both bite-size bit crunchers suitably impressed us; they certainly do the job as far as mini PCs go.
Now, the brand is back with a brand new invention: the Mini IT11.
So, can the Mini IT11 justify its premium pricing?
Let’s find out.

What’s In the Box?
One thing that stands out about Geekom’s mini PC range is the sheer number of ports available.
It is quite astounding when you see what it has packed into this rig.
The equipment comes in black plastic housing, with metal ventilation grilles on the left and right sides.
By that, I mean, what about CPU, GPU, and all the important gubbins inside?
Our test gear comes with an Intel Core i7 11th gen CPU.
You won’t be playing Fortnite on this equipment.
Put it that way.
For connectivity, the IT11 supports Wi-Fi 6 (oooooh!
), and Bluetooth version 5.2.
This is thanks to that 11th gen i7 powering the PC.
I used the Geekom Mini IT11 to complete my everyday tasks.
I’m delighted to say that it performed all of these operations without a single complaint.
Perfect, in view of productivity.
I tested the IT11 with No Man’s Sky.
I had to play on low graphics parameters to enable an acceptable frame rate.
If you want to play light, non-intensive games, fine; you might.
Same with games using lower graphics controls.
And the equipment works perfectly for it.
Just don’t expect AAA titles to run at 120 FPS with blindingly realistic ray tracing.
I also integrated the gadget into my entertainment system, coupling it up with a 4K Sony Bravia TV.
Especially with the added convenience of that VESA mount.
I usedPCMark 10and3DMarkto run some tests on the Mini IT11.
Here are the results.
For 3DMark, the GPU scores were typically unimpressive thanks to the Intel iRIS Xe chip.
However, drop that down to 1080p Ultra, and you’ll get 135 FPS out of the rig.
So you’re free to play games on it, but not using advanced graphics configs.
It gleaned a CPU score of 4447, which is not too shabby at all.
Would I Recommend the Geekom Mini IT11?
Based on performance, I would recommend the Geekom Mini IT11.
However, the cost is a minor sticking point for me.
