If you really want to change your username, there are only two ways to do so.
You have 30 days to change your automatically assigned username.
The popup should then appear if you might change your username.
Once you set up your username, you won’t be able to change it again.
The same rules apply to changing the username on the Reddit app as well.
Additionally, the process for changing the username is nearly identical.
