Last week, I found a simple RSS feed reader for Firefox calledBamboo Feed Reader.
I instantly liked its simplicity, but it still wasnt perfect.
It also made me realize that my search was not over I still havent found theperfectreader for me.
So my quest continued, and the next reader I found wasBrief.
So can it really be that coveted Google Reader replacement?
The first thing to do after installing Brief, is importing your feeds into it.
Take a look at theShortcutstab as well, to learn all the keyboard shortcuts you could use with Brief.
Any change you make to your Live Bookmarks is immediately reflected in Brief.
Dont look for any such button on Briefs interface, you wont find it.
The Reading Experience
All in all, Brief is a simple RSS feed reader.
Truth be told, there arent too many options to play with when reading feeds.
Thats about all it’s possible for you to do when it comes to articles.
This can help you set clear priorities in your feeds.
Dont like the way it looks?
Youre welcome to change it.
If you know your CSS, that is.
Something else youre not going to find on Brief are sharing options.
There are none of these to speak of.
