Tesla’s second incarnation of its iconic Roadster was revealed in 2017.
When it was first shown, the Roadster boasted numbers that seemed almost impossible to believe.
If it reaches production, you’ll most likely see a Roadster with upgraded performance figures.

Tesla says the vehicle should complete the quarter-mile from a standing start in 8.8 seconds.
And it needs to be quicker to at least match the Rimac Nevera’s 8.6-second quarter-mile time.
250+ mph Top Speed
Tesla says the Roadster has a top speed of over 250 mph.

For reference, the Lucid Air Dream Edition Range model has a 520-mile range.
As a bonus, you’ll have zero problems arriving at your destination ahead of schedule.
Including a removable roof is a neat addition by Tesla and it should broaden the Roadster’s appeal.
