Thats because your presentation will take up your monitors space.
Once you select Presenter view, your Google Slides presentation will begin in the Google Slides tab.
A presenter window will appear, showing the preview of your slides, among other information.
Dock the presenter window to your screens left or right side for a more organized view.
Open and access to your Google Meet meeting if you havent done so yet.
In theShare a tabwindow, choose thetab where your Google Slides presentation is open, then click onShare.
This action will share your presentation at your Google Meet meeting.
select theView tab: meet.google.combutton at the top of your presentation window to return to Google Meet.
You will see your presentation at the center stage of the screen and the participants at the bottom.
You simply need to press thePreviousandNextslide icons in the Presenter view to control your presentation.
If you used this to create your presentation, you dont need to open it on Google Slides.
Instead, you’re able to just set it to window view when presenting.
When you open your PowerPoint file, hit theSlide Showribbon.
In the Slide Show ribbon, selectSet Up Slide Show.
ASet Up Showwindow will appear.
UnderShow throw in, hit theBrowsed by an individual (window)radio button, then pressOK.
Once youre back in the main PowerPoint window, click onFrom Beginningto start your slide show.
Your slide show will then appear in aPowerPoint Slide Showwindow.
Dock this window to the left or right side of your monitor.
Open and sign in to your Google Meet meeting if you havent done so yet.

In theShare an applicationwindow, choose youropen PowerPoint Slide Show window, then click onShare.
Resize your PowerPoint Slide Show presentation window, so it fits perfectly across your Google Meet view.
Once your presentation is open, start the slide show.
This will cover your entire screen.
Once the slide has opened, return to Google Meet by pressingALT+tabon Windows orCMD+tabon macOS.
This will return you to the Google Meet window.
In theMeeting detailspane, copy theJoining infoto your secondary unit.
Once done, tap onJoinin the upper-right corner of the screen.
If youre the meeting organizer, tap onJoinbeside the microphone mute button.
But if youre joining as a guest, you should ask the host to approve your secondary rig.
Once youre in the meeting, youll see your secondary equipment appear in Google Meet on your rig.
In theShare an applicationwindow, choose the window where your presentation is open, then click onShare.
your rig will then bring your presentation to the front of your screen.
Once youre done presenting, simply end the presentation and launch the Google Meet window on your machine.
This setup allows you to work with multiple full-screen windows simultaneously, including Google Meet and your presentation.
